I have no complaints about the toothbrush itself, but I am unhappy with not having a choice of bristle firmness. Soft bristles don't work for me. I would appreciate being able purchase medium or even firm bristle replacement heads. Please consider making this an option.

Pure Well is an amazing tooth "cleaning" device.
Makes my mouth feel very clean, it's easy to use and the heads are durable and can last a considerable amount of time.
Price is reasonable, and delivery in only a short window of about a week.

Love these toothbrushes! Don’t love the $10 price increase from last year. Originally $19.99 and now they’re $29.99 for the same 4 brush heads. At least throw in one extra brush head if you’re going to charge an additional 50% or offer free shipping….something!
