I can’t believe they are still “selling” through this website. I ordered and paid for replacement toothbrush heads 12/31/24. I haven’t received them or even an explanation from the company. No response from them to my emails, and their phone number just disconnects. Their Facebook and Instagram accounts are not accessible.
